These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply between the pq222 platform and its users ("you" or "member"). pq222 is an online entertainment platform that provides sports betting, slot games, live casino, and various other entertainment activities for Bangladeshi players.

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

Keeping your pq222 account secure is your responsibility. Allowing any third party to access your account or transferring your account to another person is strictly prohibited. If you suspect that unauthorised access to your account has occurred, notify our support team immediately.

4.1 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount at pq222 is ৳500. Accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (including major Bangladeshi banks such as Sonali Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and BRAC Bank). No other methods are currently accepted.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawals typically take between 30 minutes and 3 hours to process.
• The payment method used for withdrawal must match the method used for deposit.
• Withdrawals may be held if identity verification has not been completed.
• Funds earned from bonuses cannot be withdrawn if any active wagering requirement has not been met.

4.3 Third-Party Payments Prohibited

You may only use payment accounts registered in your own name. Transacting through any third party's account is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳2,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳3,000. If ৳12,000 or more is deposited, the bonus is capped at ৳10,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 20x wagering requirement applies to every bonus. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the deposit amount. Example: receiving a ৳2,000 bonus means a total of ৳40,000 in bets must be placed before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Bonus offers cannot be combined with each other unless explicitly stated.
• pq222 reserves the right to forfeit bonuses if fraudulent activity is suspected.
• Bonus offers may be changed or withdrawn at any time.
• Before participating in any specific promotion, you must read the specific terms of that promotion.

pq222's VIP program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. You can advance to a higher tier through regular play.

Weekly cashback benefits are offered at each tier:

• Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.4% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Platinum: up to 0.8% weekly cashback

pq222 reserves the right to change VIP benefits and cashback rates at any time. Cashback amounts are credited directly to the account and may be subject to their own wagering requirements.

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account closure:

• Operating multiple accounts.
• Misusing bonuses or attempting to earn bonuses fraudulently.
• Using a third party's account or payment method.
• Stealing another member's information or attempting unauthorised access to an account.
• Attempting to interfere with the platform's software or gaming systems.
• Placing bets using automated bots or scripts.
• Facilitating money laundering or illegal financial activity.
• Threatening, harassing, or using abusive behaviour towards other members or staff.

8.1 Sports Betting

Please read the rules for a specific event carefully before placing any bet. pq222 reserves the right to void a bet if incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error. Settlement of bets during an event will follow specific rules.

8.2 Casino Games

All casino games operate through Random Number Generator (RNG) technology in accordance with fair play principles. No game outcome is predetermined, and each round is independent. In the event of a game display issue, the server-side log will be considered final.

8.3 Live Casino

Live casino games are operated by third-party providers (such as Evolution Gaming and Ezugi). In the event of disconnection or other technical issues, settlement will be based on server logs.

You can permanently close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Please withdraw all valid balances before closing your account.

12.2 At pq222's Discretion

pq222 may temporarily or permanently suspend an account in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of Terms & Conditions.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity.
• Account inactivity (no activity for an extended period).
